Counselling for NDIS participants

I offer online counselling for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. Sessions are 50 minutes by secure telehealth, in a warm, trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming space.

My background
I spent seven years at the NDIA as a Local Area Coordinator, Planner, Acting Assistant Director and Rehabilitation Case Manager, so I understand how NDIS plans, goals and funding work. That means less time explaining the system and more time on what you want to work on.

How I can help
I work with adults with disability on anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, identity, relationships and life transitions. My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, body-based awareness and mindfulness, paced to suit you. Together we can link our sessions to the goals in your plan.

Funding and fees

  • I'm not currently a registered NDIS provider, so I can work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, but not NDIA-managed plans.

  • You'll need therapy funding in your plan. If you're unsure, your plan manager or support coordinator can check.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes by secure telehealth. For NDIS participants, I charge the NDIS price limit for social work supports, currently $193.99 per hour, which is $161.66 for a 50-minute session.

  • Before we start, we'll agree in writing what sessions include, the fee, and how cancellations work.

  • Your first step can be a free 15-minute consultation, where we can talk through your goals and how sessions would be funded.
