Our Services – Telehealth Only
Celestopod Therapy provides 45-minute online sessions for individuals who want a safe, respectful place to slow down, be heard, and make real change. Everything we do is grounded in curiosity, connection, and compassion. Sessions are delivered via secure telehealth so you can access therapy from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable — across Australia or overseas (where permitted).

How we work
We blend Internal Family Systems (IFS), body-based awareness, and mindfulness in a way that’s practical and paced to suit you. In plain language, that means we help you:
• Notice what’s happening in your inner world without judgment
• Understand your “parts” (the protective, worried, or perfectionist voices inside) and build a steadier Self at the centre
• Tune into the body’s signals so you can calm your nervous system and respond rather than react
• Practice small, repeatable skills that support change in daily life

Who we support
People come to us for many reasons. Common themes include:
• Trauma, complex trauma, and the lingering impact of tough experiences
• Anxiety, stress, and feeling constantly “on” or overwhelmed
• Identity and sexuality questions, including LGBTQIA+-affirming support
• Relationship patterns, communication difficulties, and boundary setting
• Low mood, self-criticism, and feeling stuck or burnt out
• ADHD-related challenges such as emotional regulation, planning, and follow-through
• Life transitions: career changes, grief and loss, health shifts, and major decisions

What to expect in your first session
• Before: You’ll complete a short intake form so we understand your goals and any immediate concerns. We’ll send simple instructions for joining your telehealth session.
• During: We start by getting to know you. We’ll set a pace that feels safe and manageable, agree on a focus for our work, and introduce simple tools you can use right away. No pressure to disclose more than you want to.
• After: You’ll leave with one or two clear next steps — a practice, reflection prompt, or small experiment to try between sessions. We’ll discuss how often to meet based on your needs.

Between sessions
Real change comes from small, consistent steps. Where helpful, we offer brief check-ins, optional worksheets, and micro-practices (breath, grounding, or parts-listening exercises) that take a few minutes a day. These are always invitations, never obligations.

Our commitment to safety, inclusion, and privacy
• Trauma-informed and consent-based: You set the pace. We won’t push past your edge.
• LGBTQIA+-affirming: Your identity is respected and welcomed here.
• Confidential: Sessions are delivered via secure telehealth. We follow Australian privacy standards for record-keeping.
• Practical accessibility: If attention, memory, or tech anxiety are barriers, we’ll keep things simple and provide reminders or summaries where useful.

Telehealth setup
All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer with camera and mic. Headphones can help with focus and privacy. If tech makes you nervous, we’ll do a quick test and keep it straightforward.

Fees, rebates, and scheduling
We keep scheduling simple with online booking and clear session times. If you have questions about fees, rebates, or paperwork, reach out — we’re happy to help before you book so there are no surprises.

Is telehealth right for me?
Telehealth is a great fit if you value convenience, privacy, and consistent access to the same therapist wherever you are. It may not be suitable for urgent or crisis situations. If you’re in immediate danger or need crisis support, call 000 (Australia) or contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Our goal
Everything we do is aimed at helping you reconnect with your natural self — calm, confident, courageous, creative, and whole. If that resonates, we’d love to meet you.
